When the pressure on the site is relatively low, that is, when the differential pressure is applied, it is necessary to pay attention to some basic requirements when installing the pressure guiding tube. Below we talk about the specific requirements:
 
 
1, the differential pressure transmitter due to its small range, different installation positions and uneven force caused by pressure changes. (When the slope is 30 degrees, a pressure of 0.2KPa left and right will be generated). This kind of situation, especially when used with the Annubar flowmeter, must pay attention to the installation of the differential pressure transmitter.
2. Prevent the transmitter from coming into contact with corrosive or overheated measured media;
3. Prevent the dross from depositing in the pressure guiding tube;
4. The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;
5. The liquid column indenter in the pressure guiding pipe on both sides should be balanced;
6. The pressure guiding tube should be installed in a place where the temperature gradient and temperature fluctuation are small, and there is no impact or vibration.

Ways to minimize errors in the field:
a. The pressure guiding tube should be as short as possible;
b. When measuring liquid vapor, the pressure guiding pipe should be connected upwards to the process pipeline, the slope should be not less than 1/12;
c. For gas measurement, the pressure guiding pipe should be connected down to the process pipeline, the slope should be not less than 1/12;
d. When the liquid pressure guiding pipeline is laid, avoid high points, and the gas pressure guiding tube should be laid to avoid low points;
e. The two pressure guiding tubes should maintain the same temperature;
f. In order to avoid the influence of friction, the diameter of the pressure guiding pipe should be large enough;
g. There should be no gas in the liquid-filled pressure guiding tube;
h. When using spacer fluid, the level of the pressure guiding tubes on both sides should be the same
