Daily pressure sensor maintenance work
Pressure sensor is the most commonly used sensor in industrial production. It is widely used in various industrial automation environments, involving water conservancy and hydropower, railway transportation, intelligent building, production automation, aerospace, military, petrochemical, petroleum, electric power, shipbuilding, machinery Tools, pipelines and other industries, another medical pressure sensor. So how do we protect the pressure sensor to extend its lifespan during use?
Today I want to tell you a few things to do about daily use:
First, to prevent deposition of waste in the catheter and contact with the sensor and corrosive or overheated media.
2. When measuring the gas pressure, open the top pressure pipe and install the sensor on the top of the pipe so that the liquid can easily accumulate into pipes.
Third, when measuring liquid pressure, pressure piping should be opened on one side of the pipeline to avoid slag deposition.
Fourth, the pressure guide tube should be installed in a small temperature fluctuations.
5. When measuring the liquid pressure, the sensor should be installed so that the liquid impact (water hammer phenomenon) should be avoided so as to avoid overvoltage damage of the sensor.
6. When ice is frozen in winter, installation of outdoor sensors must take measures to prevent icing and avoid liquid expansion caused by the pressure of the liquid on the mouth, causing loss of the sensor.
VII. The wiring and cables shall be screwed down through the waterproof layer or the coiled tubing and the sealing screw cap at the connection to prevent rainwater from leaking into the transmitter housing through the cable.
VIII. When measuring steam or other high-temperature medium, add a condenser such as a buffer tube (pot) and do not make the working temperature of the sensor exceed the limit.
Correctly maintaining and maintaining the pressure sensor can extend its useful life, and hope that in the above aspects can help us achieve this goal.
