1. Range. The range is one of the biggest factors affecting the pressure sensor. When using the system equipment, make sure that the maximum pressure measurement of the selected pressure sensor is higher than the maximum pressure of the medium. Usually, it needs to be 1.5 times larger than the maximum value of the medium to avoid unnecessary troubles, such as destroying the instrument, Machine equipment, etc. For example, when we measure some liquid media and oil pressure equipment, the impact of the medium pressure will cause irregular fluctuations in the peak. The pressure of such a wave is easy to damage the pressure sensor, so the range of the pressure sensor should be selected. In addition, a buffer damper can be selected to reduce the pressure shock to the pressure sensor.
2. The environment in which the pressure sensor is used. The use environment is a factor that affects the long-term stability of the pressure sensor. Therefore, to ensure good stability of the pressure sensor, it is necessary to select a pressure sensor that is adapted to the environment. Before selecting, investigate the environment in which the pressure sensor is used, and select the appropriate sensor according to the detailed use environment, or take appropriate measures to reduce the environmental impact. The signal stability of the pressure sensor has a quantitative indicator. After the usage period, it should be recalibrated before use to determine whether the function of the transmitter has changed. In some cases where the transmitter is required to be used for a long period of time and cannot be easily replaced or calibrated, the selected transmitter has stricter stability requirements and can withstand long-term tests.
